Clients begin with a free 15-minute consultation. 60-minute sessions are $130. For young children, shorter sessions can be pro-rated. Special rates apply if you would like Talia to come to your home.

How Many Sessions?

This varies by person and issue, but many clients notice meaningful change within 3–5 sessions. Practicing the tools at home helps progress happen even more quickly. Coming in once every week or two is ideal.

Hypnotherapy communicates directly with the unconscious part of the mind — the place where habits and emotional responses are formed. Depending on a child’s age and interests, she uses playful, age-appropriate techniques that can feel like games or even like magic. As kids learn how their brains work, they feel more empowered and confident — and often start using their new tools right away. Talia quickly gives kids tools to start living with greater confidence and ease without months of appointments.

Will I Stay in the Room During Sessions?

Caregivers typically join for the beginning of each session. After that, families decide together what feels most comfortable. Some children prefer privacy; others like a parent nearby.
